Payment
The following payment methods can be used:
Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Mobilepay.
A larger amount can never be deducted than the amount you have approved.
All prices are in DKK. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products without notice, however, not after a purchase is realized.
Delivery and freight
Shipping rates are stated before ordering and vary by product.
Delivery time is between 1-2 business days.
Return policy
A 14-day full return policy is granted from the day you receive your order.
You must contact us within 14 days of receipt if you want the item returned. By retuning, you are responsible for sending the item, and bear the risk of the item until the item is received at our warehouse.
You lose the right of withdrawal if you break the packaging on the item, or cause hygiene damage to the product and packaging.

Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will be refunded the full amount that we have received. Including the price of the goods, as well as shipping. However, you will not get a refund for your shipping costs.
We carry out the refund with the same means of payment as you used for the original purchase of the item. The refund will be initiated on the day we receive the returned product.
Complaint
Complaints must be made as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect in your product. Depending on the applicable situation, a refund, discount or exchange of the item is offered.
